Major events.Calmly run.
GoTime is the operating system for sports and entertainment organisers: budget, sponsorship, accreditation, volunteers, contracts and decisions in one system.
A major event is a thousand decisions. GoTime makes sure they are all taken on the same basis. From the first budget to the final report.

The difference
Today, a major event is run from spreadsheets, WhatsApp and shared folders. Every department keeps its own version of the truth, and the organising committee pieces it back together in meetings. GoTime turns this around: one shared place where everyone works. The current state is always the current state.
The system
The core is always included and is a complete system for an organising committee on its own. Modules extend it, each one complete and in every tier. You buy what you need.
The common thread
Right everywhere.
A partner signs, and everything connected to it follows. Budget, stand space, guests, badges and rooms all share the same state, without anyone reconciling lists.
One entry. Seven areas. No reconciling.

How to start
Demo & conversation
30 minutes, based on your own event. You see the system with your structures rather than sample data.
Set up in days
Your own area under your own address, guided onboarding, 14 days with full functionality. On request, we import contacts, contracts and accounting history and accompany the roll-out in person.
Run your season
Your committee works from one shared state. After the event, reports, comparisons and the full history remain in place for the next edition.
Pricing
Core priced by size, modules à la carte. All modules together cost 25 % less. No per-user fees, a price guarantee for three years. Put your package together and see the price straight away.
A federation or race series? We quote the federation edition with a platform licence and instances for organising committees individually.
Questions
01Do we need a separate account for every event?+
No. Your organisation, whether a club, an organising committee or an agency, has one area with its own address, its own people and its own budget. You can create as many events there as you like, across several years. Additional organisations are only needed if you work for several organisers.
02Who is GoTime for?+
For sports and entertainment organisers: clubs, federations, organising committees, leagues and agencies, from regional events to bids for major events.
03How quickly can we get started?+
Your area is set up in minutes and can be tested with full functionality for 14 days. You create cost centres, departments and events yourself; on request, we handle data import and onboarding (Assisted or Full-Service).
04Can several departments work at the same time?+
Yes, that is what GoTime is built for. Each department works in its own area, changes are visible to everyone immediately, and nobody accidentally overwrites someone else's work.
05Where is our data stored?+
In Europe, under Swiss and European data protection law. Every organiser has its own, fully separated area. No other organisation ever sees your data.
06What happens after the event?+
Your data stays: final reports, year-on-year comparisons and the full history of decisions are ready for the next edition.
07What does GoTime cost?+
Depending on size, the core costs CHF 2'400, 6'000 or 12'000 per year, finance included. Modules are added individually; all eight together cost 25 % less as a suite. The pricing calculator shows your price straight away.
08Do we pay per user?+
No. Users, roles, portals and scans are unlimited. A committee with forty members and thirty department heads pays the same as one with five. The tier depends on events per year and peak headcount.
09Is there a minimum term?+
The contract runs for one year and is invoiced annually in advance. It renews automatically and can be cancelled with three months' notice to the end of the term. If you commit for three years, you receive a 10 % discount. The price is guaranteed for three years, and you can export all your data at any time.
10Can we cancel individual modules?+
Yes. Modules can be cancelled individually with three months' notice to the end of the term; the core remains. If this means the suite no longer applies, the individual prices apply from the new term. After expiry, the module's data remains readable and exportable for 90 days. If you book it again later, everything is back. You can add modules at any time, charged pro rata to the end of the term.
In 30 minutes we show you GoTime based on your own event, without obligation and tailored to your organisation.
